Today we are taking an, ever so brief, sojourn from bright and beautiful alpine meadows (I am using the DistrictCity-of-NorthVancouver definition of Alpine in order to include anything above sea level) to focus on the lush greens of our own backyard.
Morgan Taylor brings us "something different then flowers" in the form of lush ferns on the trail Bottle Top:

Personally there are few things more beautiful then the top caps of a Fox F-series RLC FIT fork (the ferns are nice too) but then they do say beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
