From Fromme: A New Late Season Goal

Represent where you're from.  That's the goal at least.

This summer I moved to Lynn Valley and it's been fun to ride the classic Fromme trails.  But I haven't gotten to them all.... yet.  Looking at a lot of the forums lately, there are also a lot of blogs out there with people documenting their seasons.  So, you probably see where this is going....

A fresh new map....  Ready to get covered in silver jiffy marker.....

Every trail on Fromme, documented.  The goal is to get it done before the end of September, but we'll see what happens.  There are some trail closures for maintenance right now (Starfish and Bobsled come to mind right now), but hopefully they open up and every trail can be ridden.

BC Bike Parks are all open…. Need a new ride and a tease for what’s out there?

Silverstar Bike Park opened this past Thursday, and is a great alternative for people looking for  lift access terrain other than Whistler.  Living up in Kelowna for the past 3 years, I was there pretty much every weekend they were open.  Dare I say, in some ways, Silverstar *might* be better than Whistler.  Yep, I went there.  The biggest reason being the waits in line are almost non-existant at any point.  I can't remember waiting in line for more than 10 minutes at SS anytime in the last 3 years.  It is well worth the drive!
